If the majority of church congregations are female, why wouldn't the majority of those that feel called to serve in a more official role not reflect that ratio?
You seem to have trouble understanding the basic maths here. Repeated from over the page in case you missed it. I really don't see the relevance of your trawl of the internet to find pictures of recently appointed women - what is the point?

I really don't see the relevance of your trawl of the internet to find pictures of recently appointed women - what is the point? I think the point is to prove entryism.So much the better for this line of argument if they were mostly lesbians - for which there is no evidence whatsoever.

But the reasoning behind this just isn't sound. As the number of women attending church is greater than the number of men attending church by 2:1, why is it note-worthy that the number of women entering into official roles is also greater than the number of men doing so? BTW - it's not the increasing number of women in official roles in the CofE that are driving the attendance figures as the Roman Catholic church sees similar ratios for its congregations too.
