Islamic Element in Pakistan flood reporting?

Habbs (I believe) has had a post deleted (msg 127) on the Pakistan flood thread on WoM here

God only knows what he suggested! Perhaps that Orla Gerin was haunting the Islamic trouble spots round the world?

I have invited him to repost it here so we can all pick over this novel idea.

Anna just closed the Naomi Campbell thread, with the usual spurious offtopic excuse, where the topic is matters arising from merely black on black genocide, but she won't dare touch this one because there is an Islamic element!

But, as I said on the WoM board, threads are simply never closed there.

And also (as I didn't say, but will here) NC is very free with libel writs.

All references to this board have now disappeared from WoM.

But the idea that a thread is favoured simply because it contains an 'Islamic element' is nonsense, really, since that 'element' might be pro- or violently anti-Islam

I'm certain it was the speculations about NC that led to the removal of Habbs's thread on TCIY.
