news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/8542744.stmConservative donor and deputy chairman Lord Ashcroft has admitted he does not pay UK tax on earnings outside Britain.
His statement ends years of questions from opponents about whether he was "non-domiciled" in the UK for tax.
He said he agreed with Tory leader David Cameron's call for anyone in the Lords to be "resident and domiciled". No wonder the public deficit is so high, someone is not paying their taxes.

Taxes are only for the employed, the little people and those whose parents were not clever enough to hide their wealth before death
Tories have always, and will always, make the rich richer, and make "the people" pay for them. Twas ever thus - from local squires taking the best crops, daughters and livestock to today's wealthfarmers doing things with money that make your head spin.
