Nothing is more certain that a very big one of these b*ggers will hit earth sooner or later as they have so many times in the past and yet the world's bien pensants are wetting themselves over phoney thermageddon scenarios. Where is the sense of priority?
Sea level rise by fractions of a millimetre and they are ready to squander scarce resource to "mitigate". Perhaps they should consider "mitigation" of the certain disaster that would result from these apparently unidentifiable heavenly bodies that will one day take us or the blessed "grandchildren" to oblivion.

We can't do anything about the planet's temperature, either, despite all the windmills and taxes! Geddit?
