Good sense from IDS bringing in a rule that does not allow benefits to non-English speakers
Mind you I can see difficulty - masses of the Pakistani 'Community' (>25% unemployed) do not speak English and are taking job-seekers allowance and other benefits - will they stop? Polski workers that speak only Polish are working in the UK - what if they become unemployed - will they not be allowed unemployment benefit?
The madness of our benefits system is being fatally exposed as millions of relatively poverty-stricken foreigners arrive here seeking benefits - already we pay child benefit for foreign children living in foreign countries - 25% of Social Housing in London is occupied by foreigners - absolute madness
