Is Farage a principled man? I am inclined to think not To me he normally speaks without thought and when he stoops to think, thinks without depth He is a headline grabber saying that which will grab attention
That is the category where I place his new-found enthusiasm for Syrian refugees
Opportunism
Unprincipled loud-mouthed opportunism
UKIP would do well to ditch this Dulwich Barrow-boy bellowing the benefice of his burgled bounty and offering the GBP an alternative which is no alternative at all

One of the few posts of yours I find myself in agreement with, cleefy.
But wasn't Mr Farage a mate of yours once?

UKIP would do well to ditch this Dulwich Barrow-boy ... I'll forgive the private (public) boys' selective Dulwich College anything for having nurtured PGW, in whatever way they did. I don't like NF, but he's damned clever. He could take on Cameron and Clegg and wipe the floor with them. But this isn't what politics should be about.

Well, according to what I have read NF is several pints ahead in the opinion polls
